The last day of Taco Loco
Well September flew by, didn’t it? It feels like just yesterday I was letting everyone know that Gonzo might push back Taco Loco’s last day to mid October. Gonzo had originally chosen September 30th to be our final day since things slow down during the last half of the month, but later decided that he would keep it goin’ for another couple weeks if Taco Loco stays busy.
If you follow Taco Loco on Instagram, then you may have already seen the reel that I posted yesterday (I am a little late posting this here 😅). Nevertheless, I am excited to share the news that the last half of September was busy for Taco Loco, and Gonzo has decided to keep the party going until October 15th!
I am especially grateful to see everyone showing so much love for Taco Loco, for the crew, and for Gonzo. Thank you for making Taco Loco’s Last Summer in Laguna something special. Gonzo is very thankful to have so many amazing folks coming by to visit Taco Loco before our last day rolls around, and he is happy to see a lot of people reuniting at Taco Loco one last time (or two, or three, maybe four 😂).
Hopefully these next two weeks don’t go by as fast as the last two. It will be weird closing the front door of Taco Loco for the last time, or at least watching Gonzo close it, knowing that will be the end. I wonder who our last customer will be, what the last order will be. The last day is going to be a heavy one.
